Changes to Squid services from 15 December 2016
I am delighted to be able to update you on the latest developments through the sQuid e-payment account that many of you will have already been using to pay for your children’s catering and trips.
From 15 December 2016 you will be able to access two very exciting products
• A brand new sQuid on line customer portal
• Download the sQuid mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
The new sQuid on line portal is quicker, easier to use and includes a whole host of new features. The updated look and feel has been designed from the ground up to make managing the school payments effortless and more convenient for parents.
The most important points to note are:
The sQuid payment page/login will be transferred to a new web address: https://portal.squidcard.com/LoginPortal/ you will be able to use this for catering top ups and trips from 15 December 2016.
If you have more than one child in school with us you will be able to move all your children onto one account but you first need to make sure, from the old web address, that your email address is the same on each account. Please see instructions below.
You are also likely to receive email communication from sQuid, please do read this when it arrives and make sure that you have taken the required action.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MERGING EXISTING PUPIL ACCOUNTS INTO ONE, EASY TO MANAGE ACCOUNT (One login for the family)
The New Portal will be https://portal.squidcard.com/LoginPortal/ it should be available from 15 December 2016 for you to start putting money on your child’s catering account and trips account.
The new sQuid online portal uses one Username and email address to access multiple accounts. If you have more than one account, you should ensure all of the email addresses that are associated to your accounts are the same before the launch. This will allow you to merge all of your accounts when accessing the new sQuid online portal for the first time.
